The gateway Salinity is built for is read-only Bluetooth, and the current Android app cannot connect to it. Signal K and NMEA OneNet interoperability are on the roadmap; they would widen the available context without changing Salinity’s read-only boundary.
Salinity records, organizes, compares, and explains. It does not autonomously navigate, operate machinery, diagnose a failure, or certify that a boat is safe.
